Charles is especially skilled at accelerating leaders with focus in the “people side” of their professional and personal life. He combines the best of executive coaching tools with a solid biblical worldview. In addition to his private practice, he trains and mentors coaches as a faculty member of an international coaching school. He is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Charles is married to Jill and has 6 adult sons.
